Project A

This property was a traditional farmhouse in a North Lincolnshire central village location.

The original 2 bedroomed dwelling was sound but a later addition to create extra bedrooms was in very poor condition and was quickly demolished.

A new extension to create a four bedroomed house with an open-plan lounge/dining and large breakfast/kitchen. The exterior was carefully planned to compliment the original farmhouse and the roof restored to pantiles.

A telephone call to the local Planning Officer revealed no particular issues and the planning application was then approved under delegated powers in approximately seven weeks.
