We obtained planning permission for this 4 bedroomed dwelling in 2010. It has a large open plan living space with double-height ceilings and folding sliding doors opening onto a Southerly facing rear garden.

The en-suite master bedroom has a Juliet balcony, taking advantage of extensive views over open countryside. Designed to meet Level 4 of the Code of Sustainable Homes, this property features: an air-source heat pump for space and water heating, heat recovery ventilation to minimise heat loss through extractor fans and to reduce heating requirements, high standards of insulation and building materials chosen to reduce heat loss.

Pre-application consultation with the local Planning Officer revealed no particular issues and the planning application was then approved under delegated powers in approximately eight weeks.
